Screw locking machine
Driving screws by hand gives a different torque on every part, and torque is what decides whether a joint rattles loose in service. A screw locking machine feeds the screw, drives it and stops at a set torque, so each joint matches the specification.
The machines come as handheld drivers with automatic feeding or as multi axis gantries that work through a pattern of screws unattended. Tell us the screw size, the torque and the pattern and we will suggest a configuration.
