Wiring harness machines

A wire harness is built in steps, and this is where the steps are automated. The range covers cutting and stripping machines that measure and prepare the ends, terminal crimping presses that fix the contacts, and winding and tying machines that bundle the finished harness.

Models run from compact bench machines for short runs to eight wheel drives and full automatic lines for volume production. If you tell us the wire sizes, terminal type and output per shift, we can match a machine to the job.
