These terms govern quotations, orders and deliveries made through chinese-equipment.com, the export website of Xiamen Jingwei Technology Co., Ltd. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them. Where a signed contract or a proforma invoice states different terms, that document prevails.
1. Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise, and are subject to currency movement and raw-material availability. A quotation becomes a binding agreement only when confirmed in writing by both parties and the deposit has been received.
2. Orders and Payment
- Standard terms. 30% deposit with order, 70% before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted methods. Bank transfer (T/T) to our corporate account; other methods only where confirmed in the proforma invoice.
- Bank detail safety. Our bank details never change mid-order. Always verify any change request by voice or video call before paying.
- Late payment. Goods may be held pending settlement; storage costs after the agreed free period are re-charged.
3. Specifications and Configuration
Machine dimensions, forces, speeds and power ratings published on this website are indicative and may be refined during technical clarification. The agreed configuration is the one recorded in the proforma invoice. Voltage, plug type, tooling and any custom fixture are configured per destination and must be confirmed before production starts. Changes requested after production has begun may incur additional cost and delay.
4. Delivery
Delivery and packing terms follow the Incoterm stated in the proforma invoice. Lead times are the best estimate at the date of order and are subject to factory loading, vessel availability and events beyond our control. Risk passes as defined by the applicable Incoterm.
5. Warranty
Warranty period: 12 months from the date of arrival, or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first, unless a longer period is stated in the contract.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failure under normal operating conditions. During the period we supply replacement parts free of charge and provide remote technical support; consumables and tooling wear are excluded.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from incorrect voltage, wiring or installation
- Consumable tooling, blades, dies and applicators worn by use
- Damage from misuse, unauthorised modification or accident
- Failure to follow the operating and maintenance manual
6. Spare Parts and Service
Spare parts remain available for the life of the model. We provide remote diagnosis by video call for genuine problems, and on-site engineering support where the contract provides for it. Out-of-warranty parts are supplied at current list price with a stated lead time, and are always quoted before you commit.
7. Return and Cancellation
Machines are built to your configuration, so orders cannot be cancelled without cost once production has started. Where cancellation is agreed, the deposit covers committed materials and labour. Items shipped correctly may not be returned without prior written authorisation; goods returned without authorisation may be refused at the port. Where a machine arrives damaged or materially different from the agreed configuration, we will repair, replace or make good through our warranty process.
8. Title and Risk
Title to the goods passes to the buyer only on receipt of full payment. Risk passes according to the applicable Incoterm. Until title passes, the buyer holds the goods as bailee and must keep them identifiable.
9. Intellectual Property
All text, photographs, product illustrations and page design on this website belong to Xiamen Jingwei Technology Co., Ltd. or to the manufacturers we represent, and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission. Technical drawings you send us remain yours; we use them solely to quote, build and support your order.
10. Liability
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost production, lost profit or third-party claims, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are settled by negotiation first; failing that, by the competent court of Xiamen, Fujian Province, unless a different forum is agreed in the signed contract.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force for your order is the one published when the order was confirmed.
