Ultrasonic welding machine
Ultrasonic welding uses vibration rather than heat to bond two surfaces, so the surrounding material stays cold and there is no solder, flux or filler in the joint. That makes it the usual choice for splicing copper and aluminium, welding wire onto a terminal, and joining plastic housings.
The machines come as bench welders with interchangeable sonotrodes and as units built into an assembly cell. Tell us the wire sizes, the material and the joint you are making and we will recommend a power rating and tooling.
