Wire Winding Machine

Winding machines lay a set number of turns onto a coil, bobbin or toroid with controlled tension, so the inductance stays inside tolerance from the first part to the last. Turn count, wire gauge and tension are the three settings that define the machine.

We supply single spindle bench winders for prototyping through to multi spindle machines for volume work, including models with programmable pitch and layer control. Send the wire gauge, turns and finished coil size and we will confirm the specification.
